Comments:  So close to the village, only 10 minutes walk into the centre and yet secluded on three sides with mature but not intrusive trees and shrubs.  From the upper balcony, the garden and the swimming pool the views are picture-book glorious.  It offers an investment opportunity since the two apartments are completely self-contained and the large upper apartment currently lets for the whole of the summer season  for 800 euros per week.  This is a dramatically reduced rate because of the current economic climate but in better times the apartment lets for 1,600 euros per week.  The owners say that it will not be difficult to reinstate an internal staircase for someone who is looking for a large family property.  It's also been very well maintained; there is nothing that needs attention in this house so you could buy it, move in and have a rental income with minimum hassle.  You really need to view this house to appreciate all it has to offer.
