The Olive Dresser is run by a group of hard working friends, both Italian & English, in Le Marche, who are passionate about Italy and everything this wonderful country has to offer.

 

If like us, you have your own little piece of Italy, but you just don't have the time to to spend on your land, then help is now at hand.

 

From tree planting,  tree shaping, pruning and olive picking, right through to the final process of pressing your delicious olives and collecting your beautiful oil, we can make everything possible.

 

If your trees are well cared for then you will certainly be rewarded with some of the most delicious oil in the whole of Italy. Bright green liquid oozing from the press, just waiting of that hunk of freshly made bread and a spot of delicious balsamic vinegar.

 

 

 

We offer a tailor made service to suit our customers' individual needs & requirements, these cover one or all of the following:

 

Tree pruning - Olive trees really benefit from a good pruning to make them strong & healthy -we can give you advise on the condition of your trees, tell you if they need feeding or treatment.

 

Tree shaping - Each region of Italy has it's preferred tree shape, but if yours haven't been attended to for a while, then it's best to get a good wine glass shape which encourages the maximum amount of fruit production.

 

Tree planing - From planting & designing a whole olive grove from scratch to replacing one or two that have died, we can help & give advise on the best size and position for your budget.

 

Olive picking - We can arrange for the olives to be hand picked and collected in baskets and then sorted to remove leaves and any poor quality olives to give you the best yield possible.

 

Olive pressing- We can take your olives to the local press, wait with them until they have been processed & then bottle the oil for you for you to enjoy!
